Failed Transaction:  Please do not be  concerned if this happpens. No payments or orders go  lost. In case you do not hear from us, please inform us in case your transaction got interrupted or you have not received a payment/ order or shipping confirmation. We will quickly sort out your  order and payment. Our system and the system of the payment gateway cc avenue is keeping all records safely and accessible for us.

Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy : All products ordered through Plera Wellness website are typically shipped within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. We generally deliver products within 3 to 4 days of order received but be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
FREE SHIPPING IN INDIA: No charges are levied for shipments in India for minimum order of Rs 750/-..
SHIPPING BY REGISTERED POSTAL PARCEL:    We ship only by Registered Postal Parcel Service.

Return Policy : Plera Wellness Plus LLP may accept returns of Salt Products purchased directly from Plera Wellness website and only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
⦁ The products must be received by Plera Wellness Plus within 7 days from the day of delivery , no returns will be accepted after this time period.
⦁ The tags on the product should be intact and to be returned in original packing.
⦁ You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
⦁ Only unused / unopened products in original packing are eligible for returns.

Refund Policy : All returned products are inspected as per our guideline and generally take 2 days for getting inspected. Refunds at Plera Wellness are initiated within 48 Hours from the time of successful inspection and only if product is found to be in a usable condition. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of fraudulent orders: To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Plera Wellness reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Plera Wellness also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification's or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account.

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:
1. Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Plera Wellness.
2. Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.
3. Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
4. Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
5. Customer returns the wrong product.
